Dashboards
See your lots, deliveries, certificates and approvals at a glance, with ready-made lenses, personal and company dashboards, and numbers taken from your records.
Dashboards, in the menu under Insights, show how your business is doing in cards that are ready to read: a number, how it compares with the period before, one sentence that explains it, and a link to the records behind it.

Lenses
Lenses are ready-made dashboards that A-REX maintains and updates with each release. Open Dashboards and pick one in Dashboard:
- Overview: lots registered, quantity held, deliveries, approvals waiting, lots expiring.
- Lot registration: from request to approval to delivery, time per stage, and failures.
- Products: quantity registered and held per product, processing losses, shelf-life pressure.
- Holders and partners: who holds your stock, new partners, stock held outside your directory, Stock by age and the Lots held longest.
- Distribution: deliveries, top routes, a map of where lots went, lots in progress and Deliveries waiting by age.
- Compliance and certificates: certificates in force and expiring, certified volume by evidence level, certified quantity against quantity delivered with the certificate, footprint coverage.
- EUDR exposure, Suppliers, Traceability, Harvest and processing and Data quality: see Ready-made dashboards.
- Operations: approval wait times, automation runs, integration health, report failures.
- Usage and costs (owners and admins), Support and Value.
A lens appears only when your role and your records give it something to show. Lenses cannot be edited: Customize copies one into a dashboard of your own.
Period, comparison and filters
On any dashboard in Dashboards, choose the Period (from Today to Last 12 months, or Custom dates) and what to Compare with: The period before, The same period last year or No comparison. Filters narrows every widget that can be filtered that way; a widget that cannot says what it ignores. Live widgets show Live, and every card says how fresh it is.
Make your own dashboard
- Open a lens in Dashboards and select Customize, or Edit on a dashboard of your own.
- Select Add widget, choose the Number to show and how to Break down by, and check the Preview. Drag widgets by their handle and resize them from the lower-right corner.
- Select Done. In Save dashboard, give it a Name and choose Who sees it: Only me or Everyone in the company.
- Select Make it my home to open it first on Dashboards and see its main figures on Home.

Personal and company dashboards
- Every member can keep personal dashboards that only they see.
- Owners, admins and operators can share a dashboard with the whole company.
- Each viewer sees only what their role allows. Sharing a dashboard never shows anyone data they could not open themselves; a card they may not see says so.
- Your Home shows the main figures of your home dashboard, chosen by role.
- The assistant can draft a dashboard for you. It stays a draft until you select Accept.
If your organization has several companies, the organization's dashboards add up figures by month, country, product and company over the companies you belong to, in Organization overview and Group: EUDR and suppliers. Companies where you have no role are left out and named.
How the numbers are computed
- Every figure comes from your company's records: lots, deliveries, processing, certificates and approvals. Each measure has one fixed definition, the same on every screen and in the assistant's answers.
- Each card says how fresh it is ("Updated 2 min ago"). Long periods use daily summaries.
- Comparisons use the period of the same length just before. Small numbers get no percentage, because going from 2 to 4 would look like a dramatic jump.
- The sentences are built by fixed rules, not written by AI.
- Certificate figures show which share rests on your company's own statements and which share was signed by independent issuers. A lot counts at its weakest certificate. See Evidence levels.
- Maps show regions or areas of about 1,770 km², never the exact point of a farm.
- Your figures are never compared with other companies.
Drill down, export, schedule
On a dashboard in Dashboards, select a number, bar, row or map area to open the records behind it, or Explain this number to read what it counts and its top records. Each widget can be saved with Download as CSV. Export as report turns a lens or a company dashboard into a sealed PDF in Reports. Send me this every Monday opens a draft automation from the Weekly dashboard snapshot template, which you can change and have published in Automations.
