Ready-made dashboards for EUDR, suppliers, traceability and data quality
What the EUDR exposure, Suppliers, Traceability, Harvest and processing and Data quality dashboards show, and where each number comes from.
These dashboards are ready to open in Dashboards. Every number comes from your own records: lots, sites, partners, processing, certificates and deliveries. None of them says that a lot or a supplier complies with a rule. They show what your records hold and what is missing, and every number, bar and row opens the records behind it.
EUDR exposure
EUDR exposure adds up the quantity harvested or produced of products whose customs code is in Annex I of the EU Deforestation Regulation, by HS heading and by the Commission's classification of the country of origin. A country the loaded list does not hold reads "Not in the loaded benchmark": the classification describes the country, not your farm. It also counts the lots in scope whose origin has no geolocation, and the plots over 4 hectares mapped by a point only, since the regulation asks for a polygon for them (cattle aside). A plot counts here when a lot in scope comes from it, following your processing records back to the farm. Open it in EUDR exposure; to prepare the statement itself, see Prepare your EUDR evidence.
Suppliers
Suppliers shows, for each partner your lots come from, its volume and lots, how many of its lots have a geolocated origin or a certificate in force, how many references to its lots its own records confirm, and its certificates that expire within 90 days. It also shows the share of the largest supplier and the suppliers whose first lot arrived in the period. It is evidence, not a score. Open it in Suppliers.
Traceability
Traceability shows how much of your volume your own processing records lead back to a lot from a farm or plot, how many steps back each lot is, what the check of your suppliers' records found for each reference, and where the volume went from the farm it comes from. Open it in Traceability.
Harvest and processing
Harvest and processing shows harvests by month and product, and what each processing run gives back: output divided by input, spread by product, and the share of the input that no output carries (husks, moisture, sorting). It is a mass balance, not a financial figure. Open it in Harvest and processing.
Data quality
Data quality lists what to complete before your records can serve as evidence: lots missing their product, origin site, harvest date, lot code or commodity code, products whose code is not in the loaded catalog, and farms and plots without geolocation. Open it in Data quality; the Data quality report lists the same records as a document (see Reports for exporters).
Certificates and footprints
Compliance and certificates now compares, for each certificate type, the quantity of lots that carry it with the quantity delivered while the lot held it in force. The platform records no sales claims, so this is what a delivery "with the certificate" means here. It also shows how much of your volume carries a declared product footprint and how much of it is verified. Footprint values are never added up: see Declared footprints. Open it in Compliance and certificates.
Across your group
On your organization's page, Group: EUDR and suppliers adds up the volume in scope of the companies you belong to, by company, HS heading, country classification and the group's products. Shares, such as the geolocated share, are shown per company and never added up. Companies where you have no role are left out and named. Pick it in Dashboard on the organization's Dashboards page; each widget can be saved with Download as CSV.
