Reports for exporters, suppliers and plots

Which report answers which question: a shipment's EUDR pack, your farms register, supplier evidence, volumes, a certification audit pack, supplier footprints, your group's companies together and what to fix.

Every report here is built from your own records: lots, sites, partners, certificates and deliveries. None of them says that a lot or a supplier complies with a rule. They list what your records hold and what is missing, so you can act before a buyer or an auditor asks. Open them in Reports; the group report is on the organization's Reports page.

A shipment for the EU

Shipment EUDR pack takes the lots of one shipment (Lots or Lot codes), or the Deliveries that moved them, and the lots they were made from. Generate it in Reports › Catalog › Compliance. It lists the customs codes, quantities, countries and dates of production, the reference numbers of each lot's due diligence statement, the producers and their plots. Choose the GeoJSON file format to get the plots as a file the EU Information System imports. The report lists any plot to fix before you upload it, such as a polygon with holes (only its outer ring is written) or a polygon with fewer than four positions. Include farm locations is on by default for this report, because the EU system needs the plots; plot locations identify producers, so share the file only with whoever files the statement.

Your farms and plots

Origins and plots register lists every farm and plot: area, whether it is mapped by a point or a polygon, whether the regulation asks for a polygon (plots over 4 hectares), and the Commission's classification of the country, with the lots harvested there. A country the loaded list does not hold reads "Not in the loaded benchmark": the classification describes the country, not your farm. With Include farm locations on, it adds the coordinates, and the GeoJSON file format gives every plot as a file the EU Information System imports.

Your suppliers

Supplier evidence shows, for each partner your lots come from, what its lots carry: geolocated origins, plots mapped by a point only, certificates in force and who signed them, certificates that expire within 90 days, and references to its lots that are not confirmed. The What is missing column says it in words.

Volumes

  • Harvest and production by season: quantities by month or quarter, product and site.
  • Processing output ÷ input: how much came out of each processing step for what went in. A mass balance, not a financial figure.
  • Certified volume reconciliation: per certificate type, the quantity of certified lots against what you delivered while the lot held the certificate.
  • Exports by commodity code and destination: deliveries abroad by product code and country, to check against your customs declarations.

A certification audit

Certification audit pack gathers what a certification body's auditor asks for about one or more certificate types, such as organic or a type of your own, over an audit period. Generate it in Reports › Catalog › Certificates: choose From and To, one or more Certificate types, and, to narrow it, a Product or an Origin site. The file format is PDF, XLSX or JSON. It lists:

  • Certificates in force in the period: who issued each one, whether the issuer is trusted for the type, its evidence level and, if it was withdrawn, the date.
  • Certified volume reconciliation: the quantity of certified lots against what you delivered while the lot held the certificate. A-REX records no sales claims, so they are not in the report.
  • Lots behind the certificates: origin site, producer, harvest date and whether the origin is geolocated.
  • Deliveries with the certificate in force, with their recipient.
  • Changes in the period: certificates issued, withdrawn or expired, and issuers trusted or no longer trusted for the type.
  • What is missing, in words: lots without a geolocated origin, certificates that expire within 90 days after the period ends, certificates from an issuer no longer trusted, or a type with no certificate in force.

The pack shows what your records hold and what is missing; the decision stays with the certification body. See Trusted issuers and Evidence levels.

Footprints your suppliers declared

Declared footprint register lists every carbon footprint a supplier or another third party declared for your products and lots, exactly as declared: who declared it, the value per declared unit (for example kg CO2e per 1 kilogram), the reference period, whether it was verified and by whom, the standards it follows, and its source (a PACT file or typed from the issuer's report). Generate it in Reports › Catalog › Sustainability as PDF, XLSX, CSV or JSON. The JSON file is the list of PACT product footprints, the format footprint tools exchange. Values are never added up or averaged, and there is no total. Each row records who declared what; it does not say the value is true. See Declared carbon footprints.

Your group's companies together

Group consolidated: EUDR and suppliers puts the EUDR volumes and supplier evidence of your organization's companies in one signed document. It is a report of the organization, not of a company: open the organization's Reports page (Group reports) and select Run group consolidated report. Choose the Period (Last 12 months, This year, Last 90 days or Last 30 days), the File format (PDF, XLSX, CSV or JSON), the Language and the Time zone, then Run report. The document appears under My runs; other people of the organization do not see your runs.

Only the companies where you hold a member role are included, each read in that company alone, with your role there. The report shows the volume in EUDR scope by company, HS heading, country benchmark of the origin and group catalog entry; per company, the share of origins geolocated, lots traced to a farm, supplier references confirmed and footprints declared, and the data to fix. Companies included and left out names each company left out with the reason, such as You have no role in this company or The company restricts access from the organization; companies you cannot see are only counted. Quantities are added up only per unit, shares stay per company, and partners, sites and lots never cross a company. Under Sandboxes, it reads the practice companies only. Like every report here, it shows what the records hold and what is missing.

What to fix

Data quality names each record to correct: product codes that are not in the catalog, lots without a product, origin, date or lot code, farms without location or area, large plots mapped by a point only, supplier references not confirmed, and partners without a country. The Data quality dashboard shows the same gaps as numbers.
